Reflexology: Stimulate your pressure points!
Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. At Touch Therapy Spa, we extend this technique to the whole body.
Our experts work from maps of predefined pressure points that are located on the hands and feet. These pressure points are reputed to connect directly through the nervous system and affect the bodily organs and glands. Our therapist manipulates the pressure points according to specific techniques of reflexology therapy.

Hot Stone Massage: Our specialty!
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where our masseuse uses smooth, water-heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them at key points on the body while they incorporate a customized massage throughout the rest of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the masseuse can work more deeply, more quickly. You usually start face down, with our therapist working on your back. First, our therapist warms up the body with traditional Swedish massage, then massages you while holding a heated stone. As the stone cools, our therapist replaces it with another.
Sports Massage: For you athletes!
Sports massage was originally developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons. Our massage therapist generally incorporates stretching and concentrates on a specific problem area.

What It Does: Anyone who’s ever had a professional massage (whether pregnant or not) knows that both body and mind feel better after a rubdown. Studies show that massage can reduce stress hormones in your body and relax and loosen your muscles. It can also increase blood flow, which is so important when you’re pregnant, and keeping your lymphatic system working at peak efficiency, flushing out toxins from your body!
Consultation and thorough skin analysis are followed by deep cleansing, exfoliation, and gentle extractions; relaxing accu pressure and lymphatic massage of the arms, head, and neck to encourage decongestion; a customized masque and clinical aromatherapy to aid in healing and revitalization. We recommend you add a reflexology session, which can be done simultaneously with the facials.
